1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and account login details; an optional profile photo; and, when you participate in certain campaigns, a shipping/mailing address. To process payments to you, we collect payout details such as bank account or UPI information. When you connect a social account (Instagram or YouTube), we access your public profile and channel analytics through the provider's API. We also collect account identifiers, content you submit for campaigns, and usage and device information to operate and improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, process transactions, send communications, and deliver AI-powered insights and recommendations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service: with matched brands (creator profile and campaign analytics), with service providers who host and support our platform (including cloud hosting and payment processing), with the social platforms you connect, and where required by law. We require third parties who handle your data on our behalf to protect it with safeguards at least as protective as those described in this policy.

4. Tracking

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. Katalisia contains no third-party advertising and does not use your data to build cross-app advertising profiles. Any analytics we use are to operate and improve our own service.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Regular security audits ensure your data remains protected.

6. Financial Information

When you set up payouts, we collect and store the bank account or payment details you provide, solely to pay you for completed campaigns and to maintain transaction records. This information is transmitted over encrypted connections and is not sold or used for advertising.

7. Connected Accounts, Google & Meta Data

When you connect YouTube or sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect Instagram, our use of Meta platform data adheres to Meta's Platform Terms. We use this data only to provide the app's features (such as audience analytics and campaign matching) and do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can disconnect a social account at any time in the app.

8. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, use Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email support@katalisia.com and we will process your request. You may also opt out of marketing communications and request a copy of your data. Note that certain records (for example, payout and transaction records) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

9. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize your data, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payout records).

10. Children's Privacy

Katalisia is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support@katalisia.com and we will delete it.

11. Cookies & Mobile Identifiers

On our website we use essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage. Our mobile app does not use cookies; instead it stores your login session securely on your device and may use device identifiers to keep you signed in and to operate the app.

12. International Data Transfers

We operate on cloud infrastructure and may process and store data in data centres located in different countries. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
