By accessing or using Katalisia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use Katalisia, including our website and mobile applications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Creator Obligations

Creators must own or have rights to all content shared through the platform. You agree to be honest about your analytics and audience composition.

4. Brand Obligations

Brands must provide accurate campaign details and pay creators as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in account restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using Katalisia, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content for platform services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use fake engagement, mislead brands or creators, violate platform guidelines, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

7. User Content & Community Standards

You are responsible for the content you submit through Katalisia. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for such content and for abusive behaviour. You can report objectionable content or report another user by contacting support@katalisia.com, and we will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts. We may block or remove users who violate these standards.

8. Payment Terms

Creator earnings are typically processed within 7 business days after content approval, subject to verification. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and platform fees, which are shown to you in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

Katalisia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We provide tools and recommendations, but do not guarantee any particular results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Katalisia after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
