Delete Your Account

This page applies to the Katalisia Creator app on Google Play and the App Store, and to all accounts created on katalisia.com.
1. Delete Your Account in the App (Creators)
If you use the Katalisia Creator app, you can delete your account directly: open the More tab → Settings → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
2. Request Deletion by Email (All Users)
Creators, brands, and agencies can request account deletion without installing or reinstalling the app. Email support@katalisia.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, and verified requests are completed within 30 days.
3. What Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your account and profile record, login credentials, profile photo, saved mailing addresses, campaign history links, and connected social-account links (including our access to your Instagram or YouTube data).
4. What We Retain and Why
After account deletion, we remove or anonymize your data, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payout and transaction records). This matches Section 9 (Data Retention) of our Privacy Policy.
5. Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove certain data. You can disconnect a connected social account at any time in the app (which removes our API access to it) or edit and remove optional profile information in Settings. For any other data-deletion request, email support@katalisia.com.
